A Place to Share Information About Jaguar's S-Type RWelcome!! This website provides a forum for other owners to share information about their cars, where they are, how they obtained them, and what they do with them. With that in mind, we'd prefer not to have discussions of other kinds of cars. There are other forums out there that are much better suited to those kinds of broad discussions. Of course, this site is not in any way connected to Jaguar Cars Ltd., Ford Motor Company, or anyone else for that matter. Please send your photos and stories or other submissions to: Ken@STypeRRegistry.com Also, please send me an email at that address and I'll add you to our registry. Please include the basics such as where you are and what color your S-Type R is. Links:Jaguar USA ... our favorite car company's USA website, or visit the world wide site Jaguar Worldwide. JagTalk ... the best online forum for Jaguar Owners Eurotoys Ltd. - US based tuner for XKRs, S-Type R's and other fine cars Ferlito Motors ... an Italian company which is racing several S-Type R's in a European sport sedan series. The site's in Italian, but there are some very nice photos of the R's in action. Here is a PDF in English that describes the whole series. Griot's Garage ... on a recent car rally, I received a sample of some window cleaner from this company. It's awesome! Cleaned all of the film off the inside of my windows better than any product I've tried. Their other products are also top notch in every way. The website and their printed catalog have a lot of interesting, car related, kinds of things. Plus, they are located in my home town of Tacoma, Washington, where they have a store. What could be more convenient ... Victoria Wax -- while at the Victoria (British Columbia) Jag Club Concours, we bought a jar of this stuff. The owner of the company was on hand to demonstrate his Concours Wax (red) and I was amazed. He applied it by hand ... literally ... with his fingers. After putting on a very light coat, he buffed it off and the finish was extremely bright. Although I still prefer Griot's stuff ... this is a very nice product. I was surprised he also put some on my wood inside the car, and it does a great job. The light really picks up the grain of the wood much more clearly with this wax on it.
